Our standard delivery usually takes 1-3 working days from placing your order, or we can arrange delivery on a day that suits you better. To ensure your firewood arrives in perfect condition, we take precautions to ensure it remains dry. We deliver our products using vans and jeeps connected to box trailers to keep all products dry.

Once your order is received, we might contact you to confirm the delivery time and day. We will also confirm the place of delivery and possible arrangements from your end. Your presence on the day of delivery is always helpful in guiding us.

If you cannot be present for delivery or require delivery on a specific day, please provide clear instructions on where you would like your delivery left using the ‘special instructions’ box during checkout.

For a successful delivery, ensure the surface is flat and made of either stone, concrete or tarmac. Also, ensure the surface is free from service covers. 

Upon receiving your delivery, please check the packaging for any visual damages and sign it for safe arrival. Please mention any damages if visible. We also advise you to contact us directly as soon as possible to inform us of the issue and allow us to resolve it quickly.
